Members & Partners

PWON invites all water and sanitation utilities, service providers, and operators in Pakistan to join by endorsing its Guiding Principles and signing an MoU, fostering collaboration and sectoral improvement.

PWON Member W&S Utilities

PWON comprises a diverse group of member utilities from across Pakistan’s urban centers, each dedicated to improving water and sanitation service delivery. These public utilities—including Water and Sanitation Agencies (WASAs), Water & Sanitation Services Companies (WSSCs), and other regional bodies—play a central role in implementing PWON’s mission through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.

By working together, these utilities contribute to national goals for sustainable water management, improved customer service, and operational excellence.

Federal & Provincial Departments Attached with PWON

PWON actively collaborates with key federal and provincial government departments involved in water, sanitation, local government, and urban development. These departments provide crucial policy support, regulatory guidance, and institutional alignment to help PWON advance its mission at the national level. Their engagement ensures that the network’s efforts are integrated with broader governmental priorities, enabling impactful and sustainable outcomes.

PWON Development Partners & Observers

PWON is privileged to be supported by a range of development partners and observer organizations including multilateral institutions, international donors, and NGOs. These entities bring valuable expertise, funding, and strategic direction to PWON’s initiatives. As observers, they contribute to knowledge sharing, transparency, and oversight—helping the network grow while maintaining global relevance and best practices.

PWON International Partners

PWON maintains strong linkages with international water operators and global alliances such as GWOPA under UN-Habitat. These partnerships facilitate cross-border peer learning, access to global innovations, and collaboration on technical programs. Through these international connections, PWON positions its member utilities on the global map and ensures alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation for All.
