National Coordinator – Ms. Tahirah Jabeen

Ms. Tahirah Jabeen holds an MBA and has played a key role in several internationally funded initiatives, contributing through her expertise in administration and project management.
She recently completed specialized training in Drinking Water Safety Planning from IHE Delft, Netherlands. As PWON’s National Coordinator, she leads efforts to enhance sector collaboration, strengthen utility capacity, and promote sustainable service delivery nationwide.

The PWON Secretariat is hosted by the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) — an organization committed to strengthening municipal services and institutional capacity across Punjab. As the host, PMDFC provides organizational support, technical assistance, and necessary infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of PWON’s operations, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
